At Waka Social Foundation, we believe educational transformation requires more than putting technology into a classroom.
It begins with the learning environment.
It continues with empowered teachers.
And it grows through access to knowledge, technology, creativity, and opportunity.

OUR IMPACT SO FAR
One School Transformed. A Bigger Mission Ahead.
Our first major school transformation project began with a simple goal: establish an AI learning lab and equip teachers with digital skills.
When we arrived, we discovered that the school needed something more fundamental first—a safe, functional and improved learning environment.
So we changed the plan.
We helped transform the school environment before moving forward with the AI Lab.

We Went to Build an AI Lab. We Left With a Bigger Mission.
A visit to a school in Nigeria changed the way we think about educational transformation.
We arrived intending to establish an AI Lab and train teachers in digital skills.
But when we saw the condition of the school, we realized the first intervention had to be the school itself.
So we chose the longer road.
The renovation was completed.
Now we are preparing for the next phase: completing the AI Lab and continuing the journey toward future-ready learning.
